I had the same problem a while ago. You have to read the code (the begining of the code) and type the right number of outputs in two places :

-       -   NOUT= …. or NOUT(correct number of outputs)

-        -  INFO(16)=correct number of outputs (I think it’s 16, you’ll have to check TRNSYS manual : Programmer’s guide and see which INFO corresponds to the number of outputs)
