Re: [TRNSYS-users] 4-way-valve

Ricardo

We have such a type for Trnsys 16 as standalone DLL. It has three water streams for input representing the cold water, a “middle” and a “high” temperature. It takes water from the middle temperature preferentially.

Contact me directly if you want to get hold of it.

Best wishes

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] 4-way-valve

Hi!

I have 3 different hot water sources which I want to mix in one valve that ensures 60deg outlet temperature as a result from that mixing. To do so, I want to use different water flow combinations from the heat sources using as low temperature as  possible.

I think this is a common problem in reality and there are products on the market to solve this issue. However, I don't find an appropriated type in TRNSYS. I have also TESS library.

Any suggestions?
