This
problem also sometimes happens to me when I run a project involving TRNBuild, whether
‘path name
is not being enclosed in quotes’ or not. Due to my lack of knowledge of the
cause(s), but I’m aware that that is something related to the “space” between “Program”
and “Files” in the “Program Files” Directory, then I installed TRNSYS in both
C:\ and in C:\Program Files directory. When my project involves TRNSBUILD, I
run TRNSYS installed in C:\ directory.

Typically the "run TRNSYS input file" command in
TRNBuild is only used when you have a very simple static input file (dck).
Under almost all circumstances, you are going to run the project from the
Studio (in which case TRNBuild is called to regenerate the building files) and
that option in TRNBuild and its path are both irrelevant.

ran the TRNSYS input file from TRNBuild and got the same error message as
Aaron.
In the TRNBuild
environment, go to Options, Settings, and put the TRNSYS Input File path and
quotes. Then it should run.
