Thank you both for helping me with this problem.

I had missed the DLLExport line because my compiler printed it in green like all the comments. Now everything is working fine.

Make sure the subroutine line of your new code (usually the first line)
has your new type number listed:

Subroutine Type240(

and that the DLLExport line also has the 240 designation:

!DEC$ATTRIBUTES DLLEXPORT :: TYPE240

That's usually the source of the error.
