Re: [TRNSYS-users] Real GSHP Heat Pump COP Data Please

Paul

I have something which can help you (attached), but I am a bit suspicious regarding the actual performance of these units (COP up to 10...)

But that is at least some material to work with if you have nothing else...

They are Waterfurnace data, I'd advise you to go on their website to find out more. They are an American manufacturer, and therefore the data are in the right format for TRNSYS.

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Real GSHP Heat Pump COP Data Please

Does any one have any real heat pump COP/performance curve data which they are willing to share.  Needs to be for a real water-to-water (GSHP) pump.  Ideally sized for between 5 and 10KW output.

If it is in a form suitable for Type668, all the better.  The important thing is that there are more than the 1 or 2 point which you usually get from the manufacturers.

Kind Regards

Paul
