CVF was bought out by Intel a few years ago. Nonetheless, CVF is/was a great compiler, and if you can find it at a software reseller, more power to you. However, Intel Visual Fortran version 11.1 is the current version that is implemented with TRNSYS. There is also a free compiler, G95, that a TRNSYS user was able to successfully compile a DLL. You may search the TRNSYS User List archives for more information.
I wanted to create a new component in the Trnsys. I follow the instruction in the volume 1 under the "Creating a new component" I would like to ask where can i get the software "Compaq Visual Fortran 6.6" Prefered i can get it for Free.
