No that's not correct.  There is a dependence on the number of collectors
connected in series if you're using the collector efficiency equation
approach (which that model uses).  The methodology is described in detail
in the classical "Solar Engineering of Thermal Processes" by Duffie and
Beckman.  You can also see the correlation inside the source code of the
Type - search for XNS.

series with a total area of 10m^2 came to a lower result as the
simulation with 5 collectors and total area of 10m^2 as well.>

That is an expected result.
