Re: [TRNSYS-users] changing convection coefficients in a simulation

Leen,
As with most other things in Type56, the internal convection coefficients can be set as a CONSTANT, and INPUT, or a SCHEDULE. If you have an algorithm for your coefficients, you can implement them either as an equation or as a Type and you can pass them to Type56 as an INPUT. If your algorithm has the same form as the existing Type56 algorithm (a powerlaw, I think), you can modify them by clicking on the "Properties" button in the main project window in TRNBuild.
Kind regards,
 David

Dear all,

I would like to change the internal convection coefficients for simulation with a multy zone building (type 56) to new zone-dependent values. I suppose these values are set somewhere in the type 56 code, but it is not clear to me where exactly to change them.
Could anyone help me out with that?

Thanks in advance!

regards,

Leen
