Dear Senne,

You may use an equation tool to perform your "if-clause" with following objects :
LT : Letter Than
LE : Letter and Equal
GT : Greater Than
GE : Greater and Equal

For example :
GT(Temperature,20)*Flow1 + LE(Temperature,20)*Flow2
Flow1 if temperature > 20°C - Flow2 if temperature <=20°C
 
GT(TIME,1000)*Flow1 + LE(TIME,1000)*Flow2
Flow1 if TIME > 1000 - Flow2 if TIME <= 1000
