Eva, There isn't really a limit as to the size of the window that you can model; it is just a matter of entering the correct glazing size in the TRNBuild window manager. As windows get larger and larger of course the amount of solar radiation that gets back out through the window increases and the TRNSYS 16 building model does not handle that very extensively.
