Re: [TRNSYS-users] changing weather data file

Zouhour,
What weather data are you trying to use? Meteonorm can output weather data in a TMY2 format file, which can be read directly by TRNSYS. TRNSYS v.16 comes with a very extensive library of weather files already generated by Meteonorm and provided as part of the TRNSYS package.
Kind regards,
David

Simply create the weather data in an external file and use the Type9 data
reader. If you have radiation data, process it with the Type16 radiation
processor.

Subject:[TRNSYS-users] changing weather data file

Dear all,
I want to change the weather data file in TRNSYS. It's suscribed that I
should
generate the weather data file with the METEONORM software. How can I find
this
software (I guess it's not free). Can I add another weather data without
METEONORM?
If there is another solution to solve my problem or any other explanation.

Best regards..
Thanks for all.
