Dear Tiago,

The equations offer the possibility to use several mathematical functions such as COS, SIN or ABS. It is also possible to use GreaterThan (GT) or LowerThan (LT).

For example, you can express Tout if Q=0 with : function(x)*gt(Q,0)
Gt(Q,0) returns 1 if Q>0 and 0 else.

Check the documentation pdf #7 TRNEdit, page 7-18 : "Available mathematical functions" for more details.

Dear Trnsys Users,

Does anyone knows if it's possible to use conditionals sentences  
(ig-then-else) in the insert new equation functionality? For example,  
i'm using an equation that describes the Tout of a collector, but i  
don't want to calculate the Tout, if the flow rate is equal to zero.  
Does anyone knows if it´s possible to do this?
