Timo, The CHP Library is currently available. The cost is $US 300 and you are welcome to get it through your standard TRNSYS distributor. I will forward you the table of contents and parameter / input / output description document in a second email (I do not want to add 1.8MB of "junk" to everybody's InBox!)
