Please contact the distributor from whom you originally purchased 
TRNSYS. If you aren't sure who to contact, please send me your user16.id 
file and I will find the right person. If you do not have the user16.id 
file, please send me your institution name, address, username, etc and I 
will try to find it in the data base.
