 I am not aware of such a model although it is on my list to write one "when I get a free moment." It is my intention to get the model into the TESS Libraries for the version 3 release later this year. Some months ago, a TRNSYS user kindly sent me a paper that talks about developing such a model:

their technique involves fitting the data that can be obtained from a battery manufacturer to some polynomials that can then be used (with care not to get outside the allowable operating ranges) in whatever simulation environment you want. The model unfortunately does not include any of the first principals electro-chemistry of the battery.
