Benoit, I did some daylighting calculations with TRNSYS some years ago. I didn't write a model to do it, just made a number of calculations to get something called the luminous efficacy of the skylights that were in the building. I based the work on a thesis by Jim KELSEY from the Solar Energy Lab (http://sel.me.wisc.edu/publications/theses/theses2.html) and have always meant to build it into a TRNSYS Type but have never gotten the chance to do so.
