Dear David Bradley, What do you mean by the trndll.dll project workspace. I have added all my created types to the CFv66.dsw workspace. Is that the workspace you meant. And if it would run a different compiled version, would the debbuger actually enter the code to the first breakpoint? I also tried to delete the .dll files in both ..\Trnsys16\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs and ..\Trnsys16\UserLib\DebugDLLs and rebuild them. Thanks for you rapid answer Max Werlein Date: Mon, 8 Sep 2008 10:09:20 -0500 From: bradley@tess-inc.com To: maxwithhat@hotmail.com CC: trnsys-users@engr.wisc.edu Subject: Re: [TRNSYS-users] Debuging problem Max, If you are able to, try to add your Type to the TRNDll.dll project workspace instead of having it in its own workspace. When the TRNDll.dll is in its "release" mode (the way that it is distributed), it loads external DLLs from the ..\Trnsys16\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs directory and when it is in its "debug" mode, it loads them from ..\Trnsys16\UserLib\DebugDLLs. When you run from the debugger, it might be loading a different compiled version of your Type than you think. Kind regards, David Max Werlein wrote:
