Re: [TRNSYS-users] external wall convective coefficient internal calculation

Nalin,
The internal calculation algorithm is descibed both in the Type56 manual (volume 6) and in the Type80 documentation. The correlation is intended for natural convection and it is assumed that the external walls of the building are dominated by forced convection; therefore the algorithm does not apply.
Kind regards,
David

Hello all

What is the correlation for calculating(internal calculation) convective
heat transfer coefficients in TRNSYS?
Why is back heat transfer internal calculation for external walls not
allowed in trnsys?

TIA
