There are two programs that can calculate air flow between zones and can
be used with TRNSYS: COMIS and CONTAM.  Please refer to the following

I would like to calculate the PMV index with TRNSYS. I was wondering if
it was possible to include a calcutated air velocity in the rooms
(depending on wind, openings, temperatures...). Is TRNFLOW able to
provide the air velocity in rooms or do you know any other possibility
to do so?
