Re: [TRNSYS-users] Type 701 Parameter requirements

Lucas,

You do indeed need to make a basement zone with boundary walls in 56 that
interfaces with type 701. The documentation explains this fairly well,
Type701.pdf, located in C:\Program Files\Trnsys16_1\Tess
Models\Documentation\Ground Coupling Library

I'm not sure about the error...

Subject:[TRNSYS-users] Type 701 Parameter requirements

Hi,

I am trying to model a basement in conjunction with a building model
(type 56). First, do I need to make a "basement" zone in my type 56
before I can use a type 701 or is the type 701 in place of a
"basement" zone?

second, I set it up and tried to run it but got a fatal error. I only
see 33 parameters listed in the type. Why is it expecting 59
parameters, and what should I do? below is the fatal error:

*** Fatal Error at time : 0.000000

    Generated by Type : 701
