There isn't a simple model; the flow through an open window depends so
much on the geometry of the building and on what other windows are open
(a pressure balance on the building really). The most correct option
would be to implement a full building airflow model using one of the
implementations available (CONTAM/Type97, COMIS 3.2, or TRNFlow).
