A "Range Check" is a generic Fortran message that something went wrong in a calculation (perhaps a division by zero or taking the log of a negative number). In order to find that cause of the message, you need to run your project from the Fortran debugger. For instructions on how to do that, please refer to the 08-Programmer's Guide manual.

Hi everybody, I am new user of TRNSYS and i want to create a new type.I have already create the DLL for the type with the simulation studio and fortran studio but when i run a simulation the screen of TRNEXE shows this error: "Range check error" and when i click ok it shows this message: "An unexpected errror was encountered and TRNSYS will abort" then if i press ok then the scren of trnexe shut off.
