Re: [TRNSYS-users] output feedback problem

Camilo,
Normally, feedback loops are simply defined by connecting the outputs of component A to the inputs of component B and then connecting the outputs of component B back to the inputs of component A. The TRNSYS engine will try and solve this loop at every time step using one of its two available SOLVER methods (Successive Substitution or Powell's Method). The converged outputs of the components in the system will be the inputs to those components at the next time step. There are situations in which the system will not be able to converge; in those cases, you might look at Type93, which is designed to hold on to to output values and delay them for for a user-defined number of time steps.
Kind regards
 David

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] output feedback problem

Good day, i have the fallows questions:

I like feedback an output like a input in the next simulation hour, to do this i connect an output variable to first element in the simulation (control card order), i like know first, if can i do this?. If not is possible how can i feedback an output in the "t" time like input in the "t+1" time.

I attach a project image, the question is refer to the red connection, i have some problems in the result of this, for example i hope that the temperature grow up whit the time to the limits  (because i no have load  all hours to cooler the work fluid), but the output show that always the auxiliar heat take the inlet temperature reference.

Thank all

Camilo Arias
