Re: [TRNSYS-users] what's the difference between operative zonetemperature and air temperature of zone?

Hi Yujun,

The operative temperature of a space is a combination of the zone air temperature and the mean radiant temperature.  The mean radiant temperature is the mean temperature of individual exposed surfaces in the zone.  The operative temperature is important to consider when looking at comfort conditions for occupants.
