Thank you for your answer. But I did not understand what you suggest. The measurements I use are in
local time, which is GMT. I should not have this problem then, isn't it?

I didn't check your files, but maybe this help you:
solar radiation is often measured in solar time, not in local time.
if you treat solar time measurements as local time data, the position of sun
doesn't fit to the measurements (example: values >0 W/m2at times when the
sun is down).  
-> use param. 9 in TYPE 16.
