Excellent reply raf.  The only time the Version 16 software will
SIGNIFICANTLY increase simulation speed again previous versions is if you
were using a lot of equations in your input file.  When we re-worked the
equation processing we increased the speed dramatically.  From your
description it sounds like the majority of your calculation time is inside
of your user-written types and not in the TRNSYS overhead.  If that's the
case then Raf is exactly right - faster PC = faster simulations.
