[TRNSYS-users] Type 107 Model

Dear TRNSYS Users:

I am trying to understand how Type 107 (Single effect hot water fired absorption chiller) internally works. I have already readen the description from the MathematicalReference included with TRNSYS Manual as well as the source code file. I think I understand how it works, but there is one point that is not so clear for me.
When Type 107 calls the TRNSYS Dynamic Data subroutine, it returns a  "fraction of the machine?s rated capacity that is available given the hot water entering temperature. This reduced capacity is called the nominal capacity as opposed to the rated capacity". (from the Mathematical reference). This reference also includes the equation 5.4-95:
                Capacity = ffullloadcapacity*fnominalcapacity*Capacityrated

But im not sure which from the fractions appearing in last equation is returned by the Dynamic Data subrotine.
When reading at the sorce code, after calling Dynamic Data, a factor FNC is obtained.
And then, I read:
NOMINALCAP = DESIGNCAP
CAPACITY = NOMINALCAP*FNC

It seems to me as it declares that the nominal capacity is the same as the design capacity (DESIGNCAP, passed as parameter(1) to the Type. Then, i can not see how the source code reproduces equation 5.4-95.
Is the value FNC returned by DynamicData ffullloadcapacity  or fnominalcapacity? Why is equalled the nominal and design (rated??) capacity in the source code?? Is it done, or do i understand something wrong??
Maybe I´m just confusing everything, but I´m not able to understand how it really works. Any possible explanation would be very useful for me.
Thank you in advance

Best Regards
