Re: [TRNSYS-users] help

Hi Cherry,

You may want to try a couple of them: Type88 is a lumped capacitance model, so it will give you a basis for comparison. Then you can try Type19 and Type56, and decide the benefits of one or the other.

I would recommend that use the search box on the TRNSYS website (sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys). The best way to use it is to type 'trnsys' and the keywords that you are looking for. For example, 'trnsys refrigerated truck' returns two theses that simulated refrigerated warehouses with loading docks. I know it is not exactly what you are looking for, but it may give you a place to start.

Best regards,

Diego

Dear Trnsys-users,

I am learning using Trnsys to simulate a cooling system. The cooling system is used to provide cooling for a refrigerated truck. My trouble is I can not find a proper component to simulate the cooled space of the refrigerated truck. The size of the cooled space is 3m*2m*1.8m. There are several building load models in Trnsys: TYPE12, TYPE19, TYPE56 and TYPE88. Which one do you think is more suitable for my case? Or do you know is there any other component can used instead of the building load model? Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Cherry
