Re: [TRNSYS-users] TYPE 45

Dear Mohammad,
The thermosiphon tank is able to include an internal heater. Your method of setting the auxiliary heater capacity to 0 is the correct way to model a tank that does not have an internal heater at which point, the set point temperature should become irrelevant (unless there is some strange high-limit cut out temperature in that model). You should probably send the simulation to your distributor so that they can have a look.
  Kind regards,
David

Dear TRNSYS user's

Does any one could explain to me the effect of the
parameter 37 (set point tempertaure)in type45 in
TRNSYS
16. In fact, I've noticed that par 37 has strong
infulence on the results (e.g. temperature to the
load)even if there is no electric
element (auxilary heater) provided (par 34 =0 & input
10 =0)which is from my viewpoint is wrong.However I
might mistaken.

thanks in advance
