Re: [TRNSYS-users] Cold room

Markus,
I think you could probably set the boundary temperature to be an input (instead of a constant value) and assign the value of -19 to the input. I don't think that there is anything inherently wrong with a negative boundary temperature as far as Type56 is concerned. The limit may only be in TRNBuild. Perhaps Transsolar can elaborate?
Cheers,
 David

Hi everybody,

I´d like to simulate a depository. In this depository a cold room is located, which is kept on constant temparature of -19°C. I tried to model this situation by defining a boundary wall at -19°C.
The problem is, that TRNBUILD doesn´t allow any boundary temperatures below zero.

Has anybody an idea how to deal with this?

Thanks a lot!!

Best regards,
Markus Brychta.
