Re: [TRNSYS-users] Variable for air extraction from one zone
Antonio,
I think an ideal method is to add a VENTILATION type to your zone.
Type56 (in absence of an air flow model such as COMIS, CONTAM, or
TRNFLOW) doesn't really care how much air you extract from the zone; it
assumes that the pressure in the zone does not change so essentially it
assumes that equal amounts of air are added and extracted. I would add
the zone RH as a Type56 output and then make the VENTILATION stream
temperature, RH, and air change rate into INPUTS, then connect the
appropriate outputs of your circulation system to the Type56 inputs.
Kind regards,
David

Subject: Variable for air extraction from one zone
To:
TRNSYS-users-request@engr.wisc.edu
Hello all,
I'm trying to recirculate the one zone air, cooling it at the same
time (using Type56, Type32, Type92, Type3, Type 33, Type 2...). My main
problem is that I don't know how to generate one variable for the
extraccion of the air. I use the infiltration when I do the zone with
prebid, but I think is not the good way.
Thanks in Advance
Antonio Aguirre
