Re: [TRNSYS-users] microprocessor controller - type 40

Marijke,
I have used Type40 a few times and you are right, it is horrible to use. Too flexible, I think. I will look to see if I have any old input files that use it and email them to you directly. However, if you are familiar with writing components, it is sometimes easier to write a new controller model than it is to work out how to implement Type40.
Kind regards,
 David

Dear Trnsys - users,

Did someone of you already used the Microprocessor Controller (type 40) in a simulation?
I would like to use it to model the control system of a ventilation system with indirect evaporative
cooling. Can anybody give me some practical advice about the type or maybe send me a file
so i can see how it works exactely cause it seems quite difficult to handle.
Thanks in advance.
