João,Regarding your first email, it is not too uncommon to have a few non-converged time steps within a simulation. If you have a lot of nonconverged time steps, then there is of course cause for concern.

that error means that there was a problem writing to the list file for some reason. One common cause is that a model might be trying to write to the list file after the list file has been closed. In the error message, you can sometimes determine which routine caused the error. If not, then you should contact your distributor so that they can debug the simulation for you.
