There are two versions of each of the TESS slab models; one for Type56
(which has the concept of a boundary wall) and one for use with other
building models (such as Type19). In the second case, instead of the slab
surface temperature, the slab model takes air temperature, radiation
temperature, convection and radiation coefficients for the inside surface
of the slab. The energy gain / loss through the slab is then added as a
miscellaneous gain.
