Re: [TRNSYS-users] Shading Mask for vegetation
Jordina,
The Type68 shading mask assumes that the shading objects are
opaque so unfortunately, it cannot be used to model vegetation masks very
easily. It would not require much effort to modify the code to include
the transmittance of the mask. We will put that on our list of requested
enhancements and may be able to include it in an upcoming release.
Cheers,
david

Dear
TRNSYS users,
Does anyone know which parameters to take within Type 68 to simulate the
shading effect of different decidious or perennial vegetation species?
Thanks in advance,
Jordina Vidal.
