RE : [TRNSYS-users] Adding new type to simulation studio

Dear Krishna,

I suppose you are using TRNSYS 15.

To use a new type in IISiBat, you must create a new PROFORMA (use the File/New Component command, fill in the forms - especially type number and all variables - , save to \trnsys15\iisibat3\Data directory, and restart IISiBat. The new component appears in the direct access tool on the right side).

The "Import IISiBat 2" command is only used to imort models from previous versions ; it accepts .obj files made with IISiBat 2 for TRNSYS 14.2.

This is described under ?/Help Index/Chapter 3 .

Werner

Objet : [TRNSYS-users] Adding new type to simulation studio

Hi

I am almost new to trnsys. I am trying to integrate a new type that we created to the Trnsys Simulation studio. Is it possible to do this so that the new type can be used in modelling in the studio. We have recompiled a new trndll.dll with the new type.I tried the Import IISibat 2 model in the file menu but that does not work.

Any help appreciated.

thankyou,

Krishna
